Please read these Terms before using JIXI or placing an order. They work together with our payment, shipping, cancellation, returns and privacy policies.
1. Operator and contact
JIXI is operated by Shenzhen Jixi Technology Co., Ltd., Room 207, No.27 Fengbei Road, Zhangbei Community, Longcheng Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen City. Questions about these Terms or an order should be sent to wangzhibin71@outlook.com. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to this company.
2. Scope and eligibility
These Terms apply to use of this website and orders for physical clothing. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement or use the store with the authorization required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
3. Accounts and security
You must sign in or create an account before checkout. Provide accurate information, keep your password private and notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity you authorize. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.
4. Product information
We describe clothing, colors, materials and fit as clearly as possible. Screen settings may affect color appearance. Consult the product details and ask us about specific measurements before ordering. A saved order does not guarantee stock; we confirm availability before payment. Product imagery illustrates the listed style and does not create a promise about fit on an individual.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, original product imagery, design and text are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping. You may not copy or commercially redistribute protected content without permission or another legal basis. No third-party brand affiliation or authorization is implied.
6. Prices, currency and charges
Prices are in USD. We display merchandise amounts and any known charges. If shipping, taxes or duties require confirmation, we explain what is known and obtain your agreement to the final payable amount before payment. You may cancel an unpaid order if you decline the quote. We do not charge undisclosed extras. An obvious pricing error is addressed with you before acceptance or fulfillment.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Checkout creates a saved order. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; it does not mean payment is complete, stock is reserved or the order has shipped. We confirm availability, delivery and the final total before asking for payment. A purchase is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch, subject to any different rules required by law. We contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and refund paid amounts that are due.
8. Payment and irregularities
PayPal is presented at checkout. The current checkout saves a Pending payment order and does not create a charge. No item is dispatched before payment is confirmed. When a payment request is available, check the payee, currency and total before approval. Do not email card details or passwords. Contact us promptly about unauthorized, duplicate or incorrect payments.
9. Shipping and fulfillment
We ship physical goods only after stock, delivery arrangements and payment are confirmed. Destinations, shipping charges and estimated processing and transit periods are confirmed before payment. Carrier and customs delays may affect estimates. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch. Delivery, risk of loss and remedies remain subject to applicable law. See the Shipping policy.
10. Cancellation and withdrawal
You may cancel an unpaid order using your account where available or by contacting us. For paid orders, contact us promptly so we can check whether dispatch can be stopped. Once shipped, return procedures may apply. Any mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights remain intact. See the Cancellation policy.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
Contact us with your order number and the issue to request a return, exchange or refund. We confirm return instructions and the appropriate destination. Eligibility, reasonable handling conditions and costs depend on the circumstances, applicable law and the terms confirmed for your order. Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with your rights. Approved refunds go to the original payment method where possible. An unpaid order has no payment to refund. 12. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious code, automated abuse or interference with other users. Do not provide false identity or order information. Reasonable measures to protect the website may include limiting or suspending access, without removing rights you have under applicable law.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, order and technical information. Essential cookies support account and cart functions. We send service communications as needed for your account or order and do not treat a purchase as automatic consent to marketing. Optional processing requiring consent is handled separately.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We take reasonable care to maintain the site and correct errors. Availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues. Contact us if information appears wrong. To the extent permitted by law, general site content is provided without a promise of uninterrupted access. Nothing excludes statutory guarantees, conformity requirements or rights concerning goods.
15. Liability and events beyond control
Our responsibility is assessed under applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies and any liability for fraud or other protected matters. Events outside reasonable control may delay fulfillment; we explain material delays and available options. Such events do not automatically remove a right to cancellation or refund.
16. Law and dispute resolution
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or available court rights in your usual place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. We do not impose mandatory private arbitration or a waiver of non-waivable consumer rights.
17. Updates, severability and contact
The effective date is shown above. We may update these Terms for future site use or orders; a later change does not retrospectively remove rights from an existing order.
