Before payment
You may cancel an unpaid pending order from the orders area of your account when the cancellation action is available, or by emailing wangzhibin71@outlook.com. No refund is due when no payment has been collected.
After payment, before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped. If cancellation is accepted, we refund the amount due under the applicable terms and law to the original payment method where possible.
After dispatch
A parcel that has already been handed to a carrier may not be stoppable. We will explain the available options, including any return or statutory withdrawal rights. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy.
Changes and cancellations by us
If stock is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged or an obvious pricing error affects your order, we contact you to discuss an alternative or cancellation. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we arrange the refund that is due. A saved order is not a guarantee of stock.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply in your location. Please contact us for help rather than placing another payment for the same order.
