We sell physical clothing. Shipping is arranged by Shenzhen Jixi Technology Co., Ltd.. Please review the delivery arrangements before paying for your order.
Destinations and availability
Delivery availability depends on your destination and the items selected. Submitting an address or saving an order does not guarantee that we can ship to that destination. We confirm availability by email before requesting payment.
Shipping charges
Product prices are shown in USD. Any shipping amount displayed as “Delivery quote — confirmed before payment” is awaiting a quote and does not mean delivery is free. A saved order initially records the merchandise total. We will confirm shipping charges, any taxes we must collect and the final amount before you are asked to pay. You may decline the quote and cancel the unpaid order.
Processing and delivery estimates
We confirm an estimated processing period and delivery window for your destination before payment. Processing starts only after stock, the delivery arrangements and payment have been confirmed. Estimates depend on the carrier, destination and customs procedures. They are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise, and your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Tracking and delivery
After dispatch, we provide the carrier and tracking reference when available. You can review your order status in your account or use our order tracking page. A pending order has not been dispatched.
Address changes, delays and missing parcels
Please verify your delivery address before ordering. Email wangzhibin71@outlook.com promptly if it needs correction. We will confirm whether a change remains possible. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and discuss an appropriate remedy.
Customs and import charges
For cross-border delivery, customs procedures or import charges may apply. Where known, we explain these before payment. We do not describe orders as gifts or use false customs values. Any mandatory rights concerning delivery, risk or loss remain in place.
